Process
A way of working that keeps your project on scope and on budget.
Most freelance and agency projects start with a vague brief and a deck of mockups. They end with a launch that doesn't quite match what the business needed. I work differently.
Discover
Before any design starts, I get to know your business. Who you serve. What they're really hiring you for. Where your current site, if you have one, is losing you work.
On larger projects I dig into the signal you already have about your customers: their reviews, how they move through your current site, and what you've learned serving them. If direct customer conversations would help, we can talk about it. I never assume it.
Define
I write a short plan: what each page should do, who it's for, and what finished looks like. You review it, and we agree on it before anything gets designed. After that, scope stops being a moving target, and nobody argues later about what was in the build.
Design
A custom design built around the plan we agreed on. It's modern, and it works on a phone first. No templates.
You see it at a few points along the way, so you can react before the build locks the choices in.
Build
The site gets built in working pieces, not saved up for one big reveal. You get a working version to click through and comment on directly, so the choices are settled before it goes live.
Your comments are worked in before launch, not after. Once the site is live, you're welcome back for more work whenever you need it.
